Thank you to Irene for showing me this TOO COOL wrap. I can think of so many uses for it. Simple to sew. Great use of scraps. Cut a 5 inch strip of fabric 24 inches long. Sew right sided together along all sides leaving an opening to turn inside out. Turn inside out. Sew accross the strip in 5 inchess from the end on both ends. Fill with 2 tsp. of moist soil mix. Close opening and your done. Soak in water to hydate the moist soil and it will keep moist for hours. Great for outside activites or hot flashes!
